Sourcing Under Pressure – Export Controls, Sanctions, Procurement & Security-of-Supply for Defence Buyer

Sourcing Under Pressure – Export Controls, Sanctions, Procurement & Security-of-Supply for Defence Buyer - Pictures Events 2023 26 2

To bolster collective readiness and secure supply chains amid rising threats, the EU is tightening defence-procurement rules to coordinate cross-border buying, strengthen its industrial base, and ensure transparent, lawful spending. However, navigating new directives and instruments is another matter entirely.

This two-day workshop brings together practical sessions, general overviews, and a look into trends, so you can leave with an understanding of ongoing export controls and sanctions, dual-use controls, procurement rules, and initiatives around security-of-supply. This workshop offers open Q&A sessions to be headed by our panel of legal and academic experts.

Participants receive a certificate upon participation.
